Cadillac Home Health Care, Inc. is a home health care services provider based in Oak Park, Michigan. Our agency services an area with over 250,000 residents. We are a Medicare Certified agency that offers nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social, and home health aide services.
